white space Tottenham Meeting House
There has been a Quaker Meeting House on the site at 594 High Road, Tottenham since 1714.

The current meeting house was built in the 1960s when the numbers worshipping at Tottenham shrank substantially and it became difficult to maintain the old Meeting House. The size of the meeting has fluctuated considerably over the last 15 to 20 years. in the 1990s/2000s we had hoped to build a new meeting house, but these plans were put aside when it became clear that, for the moment, the meeting would be unable to meet the costs of such a project. The first Friends Meeting House was built in Tottenham at a cost of £200. A new meeting house will cost substantially more!
